Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 4 days to process your order. Expect an email within 4 days to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. 

Once your order has been placed, the time frame for the order to be prcessed is 2-4 days depending on the product. We will inform you one the order in completed and packed.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 day using Australia Post.

Flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders shipping within Australia.

We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, the only products we do not refund (unless damaged) is if it is a custom order ie. added a name or photo. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at dexandnanajerky@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
